How will we treat your condition at IHSM?

  • At IHSM, a doctor of physical therapy will perform a detailed physical examination of how to assess your joints and muscles to determine what is limiting your mobility.

  • Your therapist may provide manual treatments to improve joint range of motion.

  • Your therapist will may teach you exercises that improve the flexibility of the wrist.

  • Modalities such as acupuncture, or electrical stimulation may also be used to control the pain in your wrist.

What can you do to help yourself?
